jonathan b. nelson
mr. nelson received his b.a. from brown university and was awarded a j.d. magna cum laude from brooklyn law school. mr. nelson has held the position of assistant adjunct professor at brooklyn law school and has appeared several times as legal commentator on courttv as well as being a returning guest on cnn's "burden of proof". he has hosted an on-line chat group regarding the jury selection in the embassy bombing case. a transcript of this chat can be found online at cnn.com.
while serving as an assistant district attorney in kings county, he was quickly promoted to the position of senior trial attorney. upon receiving commendations for successfully trying numerous felony cases, including homicides, mr. nelson was chosen to help form an elite bureau, specializing in the complex prosecution of crimes committed against children.
