The types of Fraud include:

Mail Fraud is extremely broad. This area contains a wide variety of crimes that include: credit card fraud, medical drug fraud or security fraud.
» CONSPIRACY
Two commonly used terms to describe different types of conspiracies are: Hub-and Spoke conspiracy which describes the one person (named Hub) having relations with the many parties (the spokes), and the second type is a Chain conspiracy. This involves several parties connected as a long criminal chain. All defendants when charged with this type of conspiracy are charged with what their peers are also charged with. Unlike the Hub and Spoke conspiracy, everyone involved in a Chain conspiracy is treated the same.
